About the Job
Pet Images Resort is hiring an experienced Dog Daycare Manager to oversee all Daycare operations, relating all information to General Manager and/or Assistant manager. Daycare Manager’s job description includes and is above and beyond Kennel Techs’ job description.
Supervising of all Employees:
- Training of any Kennel Techs on all Daycare procedures.
- Writing employee warning notices (must have approval from upper management).
- Making sure all daycare employees job descriptions are being met.
- Handling emergency and medical situations involving animals and/or employees.
- Relating all Pet Images Resort policies and procedures to employees, and making sure they are fully understood and followed.
- Filling shifts if daycare employee is sick or no-shows.
- Writing and posting employee notices pertaining to the daycare.
- Handling employee complaints, with upper management approval.
Supervising of all Pets and Customers on the premises of Pet Images Resort
- Gathering all contact information on new clients, as well as keeping established clients information up to date.
- Checking in and releasing pets.
- Doing new customer evaluations, as well as continuing evaluations on all current clients.
- Making sure all pets are as healthy and comfortable as possible while at our facility.
- Administering medications.
- Monitoring and recording all health/behavioral incidents of pets.
- Relating all Pet Images policies and procedures to customers, and making sure they are fully understood and followed.
